
Balanced Lunch

- Shredded cabbage
- Mixed greens
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Chicken (previously baked and finely chopped in the food processor with it’s own juice for moisture)
- 1-2 tablespoons of Essential Balance Oil
- 1 squeezed lemon
- Sesame seeds
- Sprinkle celtic sea salt to taste.
